heh, and yeap.. this is a picture of a conventional braces.. colourful:D wanna know why i post this picture? because, my braces only come with one colour! sliver :/ stuck with it for the rest of the year. till 2011 :P
i wanted to have blue braces. but the one im using right now, which is the damon system is only available in sliver :( sad much. somehow, when i look at it closely, i can see some yellow and green patterns which are really disturbing! >:(
anyways, went thr on wednesday.. he did the top part for me:) kinda cool actually. the orthodontist will polish my teeth first, then put some glue, and then put the brackets. :) to be honest, i could fall asleep.. it was kinda boring :/ i dont feel the pain.. :D which is a good thing i suppose ;D
i just did the bottom one just now. he put a spring at the left side though :/ its kinda weird now.. i have a spring.. in my mouth! i kinda like the idea of having braces, now that i have, i do hope i'll be wearing them for quite some time :)
he even gave me some rubber bands, to .. urm.. i cant remember why he gave me them.. but all i do know is that, i'll have to wear them 24/7 :/ and i hate em.. everytime i yawn or open my mouth, there will be pain :(
im afraid of waking up tomorrow:( im scared that i will suffer from the pain. i do hope that i dont run out of painkillers anytime soon :P
for the time being, i cant eat any solid food. only soup : had chicken soup with mushroom just now.. and trust me, i feel like an old grandma.. i understand how my granny feels now:(
